PRE-ORDERS
Please be aware that we have NO Control over delayed items from the manufacturer. This is completely out of our hands and if we don't receive it then no other store will receive it either. All stores receive merchandise within 1 to 3 days of each other usually. We ship as soon as pre-orders arrive.

Our Order Policy

*** All orders cancelled or returned by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This policy includes pre-orders as well as items that have been delayed by the factory, since we have no control over delayed items .
